Already paid for an unbooked call?
Do not purchase again. Email Student Success using the email address from your purchase. The team will verify your payment and help you book without another charge.
If you already have an appointment, use its rescheduling link for an eligible change.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Notify your consultant at least 31 minutes before the scheduled call to cancel and reschedule. Cancellations 30 minutes before the call or closer to its start are billed and cannot be made up.
If you miss the call without notice, the $29.95 charge applies and the call cannot be made up. Eligible make-up calls can be scheduled within six months of the original appointment.
Help with scheduling and unused-service refunds
Contact Student Success if no appointment works for you. The team will discuss a Plan B and any unused-service refund request with you personally.
Refund requests for unused calls must be made within 60 days of payment. Approved card refunds take 3–4 business days for funds to arrive after the refund is issued. The general 7% refund administration fee does not apply to this IEP consultation.
